Not bad man. Looks like you could use a few more fonts, btw. Try searching up free pixel fonts. Also, it'd be nice to see you do one in a more matte style with less glows and gradients. I'd also suggest you try playing with the letter spacing (kerning) as it's easy to do in PS. Google's your friend if you don't know how yet.

I think the one for Finn is probably the best so far.

Ah thanks man. I was using just the one font because I thought that would be the one thing I would keep consistent but I got some new ones. Thanks. With the kerning, I guess you mean the spacing between certain letters? Because I also notice there was bigger spacing between some letters then others.

I really like the Finn one because it looks so clean compared to the others. Do you think the others have to many things going on in the picture?

Yeah, kerning is dodgy on some fonts. It doesn't take a lot of looking to notice when a font's a bit off, unfortunately.

Like the colors on that last one. As a general tip, if you want to draw a perfectly straight line with the brush tool in PS, hold shift and it'll go either perfectly horizontal or vertical. There's sort of a bug that'll stretch a line out to the next point you put down using that, though, so to circumvent that error just put down a spot somewhere out of frame before you do a second one, if it's not connected to the end of your previous line. You'll see what I mean if you use it.

I would love more Mega Man ones. I like the one you have but something about its color scheme tells me something is off. Black really doesn't feel "Mega Man" to me.
