let's find out what this forums favorite movie is!
my all time favorite is 8 crazy nights

what's yours?
if you have multiple that you wanna say, put your ultimate favorite on top (as I plan on making a poll after we get some)

Jurassic Park is my all-time favorite, I'd give anything to have been alive when it was first released in theaters. ...Well, technically I was, I was a few months old, but you get my point.
Among my other favorites are 2001: A Space Odyssey, Terminator 2, Memento, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, The Avengers, and Pulp Fiction.

'Ghostbusters' is pretty fantastic. So is 'Conan The Barbarian', neverminding its lack of fidelity to the source-material.
(EDIT)...think im gonna go watch them both anew.
iss been a while-----you know, i loved them both so much as a kid, maybe it holds water to reassess them now im a hideous man-beast adult who hadnt seen either in absolute ages, here

^ Which Back to the Future? The first one is the best.
Super girly: for unknown reasons, I really like Pleasantville and Enchanted. Also Aladdin.

The first one. I really love the whole trilogy, but the first one is the best. BttF 2 is really close.

Airplane! and Monty Python's Holy Grail/Life of Brian. I'm not too big on movies usually, but those three are fantastic.
(Airplane 2 is terrible, sadly)

- Back To The Future
- The Princess Bride
- Toy Story 2 was pretty good

I don't think I've met anyone else who has seen paprika, tis quite amazing
also, for the people who ask about having a full series or trilogy of movies count as one, it's fine if people think it's fair.

Chungking Express has held the de facto #1 position for about seven years and I have yet to see any movies which give me any reason to change that. Not that there aren't other movies I love just about as much, but that's the one that made me feel like no other movie has made me feel upon my first viewing. Hell, even re-watching it years later gives me that same feeling.
Other movies I like just about as much include: Magnolia, Street of Shame, Memories of Murder, Lady Vengeance, The Day He Arrives, Tokyo Story, Taxi Driver, Apocalypse Now, Love Exposure, Linda Linda Linda, Love & Pop, Days of Being Wild, Poetry, Peking Opera Blues, Ugetsu, The 400 Blows, Trainspotting, Alphaville, Barking Dogs Never Bite, Pulp Fiction, Seven Samurai, Goodbye Dragon Inn, Play Time, A Tale of Two Sisters, The Host (the Korean movie, not that Stephanie Meyers ********), Raging Bull, Citizen Kane, Noriko's Dinner Table...
