Movie Soundtracks!! Movie songs. Cool songs from movies.

-"Let It Go" from Frozen is easily the best song in the movie and one of my favorites from Disney. THEM VOCAL CHORDS, MAN.

-"Forbidden Friendship" is still the greatest masterpiece to ever happen to movie soundtracks but the entire rest of the HTTYD soundtrack was also superb

-Speaking of HTTYD, I loved the credits song. Probably because Jonsi sang it. And Jonsi/Sigur Ros are flawless.

more as they come

"Man With a Harmonica" by Ennio Morricone
from Once Upon a Time in the West

"Monday" by Jon Brion
from I Heart Huckabees

"The Last Waltz" by Jo Yeong-wook
from Oldboy

"Epilogue" by Lee Byung-Woo
from A Tale of Two Sisters
(how to make me cry instantly: play this song. I seriously just did. Partially because of the music itself, partially because of the movie. Both are so incredibly beautiful, especially considering that A Tale of Two Sisters is billed as a horror movie.)

And of course, the greatest musical sequence in any movie ever fact not opinion:

AI: The music from 12 Monkeys is indeed awesome. Inspired by one of my favorite musicians, Astor Piazzolla.

I'm not going to lie, AI. I thought of nothing except Professor Layton listening to that 12 Monkeys track.

It was great, but. That's definitely what I was thinking of.

ok my turn again

im ngl this track just makes me laugh because it's like trying to be SUPER HI-TECHNICAAALLL REMIX and it just kind of sounds ridiculous

More randomosity:

"Unhappy Party" by Choi Seung-Hyun
from Sympathy for Lady Vengeance

"We Hate You, Please Die" by Broken Social Scene
from Scott Pilgrim vs. the World
If you watch the entire scene on the deleted scenes reel, there is a separate "We Hate You, Please Die" and this should be "Last Song Kills Audience," which is really only important if you've read the comics, I guess. I wish they had left the whole scene in, because it was funnier to have Crash & the Boys play two ridiculously short songs then this.

"Linda Linda" by Paranmaum (cover of the song by the Blue Hearts)
from Linda Linda Linda aka the happiest movie ever.

"A Dog of Flanders" by Cherry Filter
from Barking Dogs Never Bite, the most hilarious movie I will never show my friends. Not an easy watch for dog lovers... except me, apparently.
Also I'm not sure if this is an actual good song but omg Korean screamo.

"Are You That Somebody?" by Aaliyah
from Dr. Doolittle
Actually I have no idea if this song even appears in the movie itself but it's on the soundtrack and it's one of the best songs ever written so here it is.

Also this is my 21,000th post.

The only good thing about the Super Mario Bros. movie was the soundtrack:

Oh man, That Thing You Do was totally my favorite movie back in elementary school. That, and Return of the Jedi.
