The 10th doctor. I could go on and on about how good David Tennet is. He also had great companions, and I liked the tone of the show while he was the doctor better than others.

I shouldn't even vote since I've only seen the first, fourth, ninth, and tenth doctors.
Still, Ninth brought me into the series in the first place and brought that unique style. Also I swear Tenth and Eleventh look rather similar.
