I actually really, really like this series. It has more of a victorian style to it, which is refreshing, and also has the best ending theme ever ever. There are only four or five episodes out right now, but they are quite awesome.
Anyone else seen?

I haven't heard of this series, but the anidb entry makes me very interested. Is it an actiony sort of anime, or is it mostly pretty scenery with talking?

It's an actiony sort of "let's solve the mystery of the week!" with cool characters and pretty scenery.
Like, not totally actiony, but there is definitely action involved.

Just watched the first episode. Not too sure about the "cool characters" part; there's tsundere, clueless boy, and inspector jerk. They have promise, though; maybe they have enough character development in the next episodes. =\

I said they were cool. Nowhere did I state that they weren't total tropes.
Character development gets better around episode 4-ish. And personally, I just like the style. A lot.

Well, things certainly turned around in Madoka Magica around episode four, so I'll hold my breath.

I have watched the episodes that are out so far. I like it, but I am not blown away either. Seems like a lot of stuff taking place in the early 20th century has come out lately, or something.

I'm not saying it's the BEST SERIES EVAR by any means, just that I'm rather enjoying it. And again, I just really like the style.
