Some may say the movies they showed were terrible, others may say the movies were nostagic. Some even go as far to say that some of the movies were good.
I never watched Mystery Science Theater 3000 so I have no opinion on this. How has everyone else reacted to Mystery Science Theater 3000?

I can't remember a single well-made or well-thought-out movie ever being watched on MST3K. Definitely bad movies all around. That was the fun of it: they were so bad, they were easy cannon fodder.

The Manos episode is an absolute classic. Like, everyone should see it at one point.

What? It's a well-known fact that Manos: The Hands of Fate is one of the greatest, most well-made films of all time.

MST3k is one of my favorite shows of all time. Nothing (not even Rifftrax, though they are awesome) can match its epic.

^Literally. RiffTrax is done by one half of the MST3K cast, and Cinematic Titanic is done by the other half.

I like Joel a lot, but Mike was a lot funnier. Can't really say I prefer one over the other.
Of all of the episodes I've seen of this show, Space Mutiny is still my favorite. I laugh harder every time, and it's rare that a "funny" thing holds up that well to multiple viewings with me.

'Space Mutiny' was a fantastic MST3k episode. People can talk up the abysmally wretched movies all they like---I'd much rather watch something excruciatingly goofy, any day.

Honestly, Joel. I mean it's... it's just... it's
Joel.
