Hmm, hard to say. I don't know if I have a least favorite movie...
I've seen a LOT of comedy movies, though, and I can count the number of halfway-decent ones on one hand.

There are a lot of bad movies.
Um. . .
Worst ever is the Legend of God's Gun.
Its too bad even to be a 'So Bad its good' movie.
The Script is Bad and the acting worse than the average Godzilla film.
In fact, the only way you can find this movie enjoyable is if you are a fan of Spindrift as they play the score and several of the characters.

I have only seen one movie that brought me to tears because of his horribleness:
From the previews I saw, I could tell that Friedberg and Seltzer couldn't write or direct comedy. But, I felt that in order to actually criticize them, I'd need to watch their movies first. So, I watched this one.
The point of a comedy is to amuse your audience to the point of laughing. In the entire hour and a half I was watching this, I chuckled once. The rest of the time was spent watching references to pop culture (A note to Seltzerburger: Paris Hilton saying "That's hot" is not a joke in and of itself) and having other jokes explained to me.
And when the pirates started rapping, I began to cry. This is not an exaggeration for comic effect. I paused the movie and cried. My aunt even walked by and asked what the matter was. I felt offended as a comedy writer. The fact that MILLIONS of people paid to see this...millions! It was almost enough to bring on a bout of depression.
But depression was ended by the fact that the movie had to end sometime. The movies "spoofed" weren't even researched! They got the name of one of their main characters wrong! Their Harry Potter parody featured sword-fighting, archery, and actors much older than the characters they portray. I don't remember any of that in the HP movies! The actors in said movies are actually close to the age of their characters. Way to do your research, guys!
In closing, I guess what I'm trying to say is...don't watch this movie. If you have, then you know what I'm talking about. If you actually liked it...I pity you.

I'm not counting MST-fodder, because let's be honest, movies like Ed Wood's failures or Manos are objectively wretched.
This Is The Army
The 12 Dogs of Christmas
FeardotCom
And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

A film I disliked and saw recently was...some
Christmas Carol. I think I made a snarky comment every minute.

It seems to be at least 10 years old. It is subtly linked in my post.

Camp slaughter, a Amateur Movie, everything i saw in that movie was bad, from the acting to the and the execution(?) of the movie.
I have one good thing to say about it and that is that it had a decent lightning.

The Secret of NIMH 2: Timmy to the Rescue.
You can tell from the cover alone with the smug looking Timmy that this isn't going to be good. Shame, they had to actually attach it to the first NIMH, which is one hell of a movie. Now they had to give a musical focused around the character who was pretty much dead and had no character in the first movie aside from ten seconds in the end?
Oh, Mortal Kombat Annihilation. Hey, whaddya know, once again it was attached to the first movie in an attempt to sell it! I had to look away several times to control myself from RRAAAAAAAAEEEEG

That one's good for riffing, especially if you're a fan of the games. The main problem with it was how it stuffed half the cast of the games into the movie without giving them enough screen time to be actual characters. For example, Mileena is a clone of Kitana with Tarkartan genes who wants to kill her sister. In the movie, she was a ninja that Sonya fought.
Also, the killed off Johnny Cage (the only thing that might've saved the movie from being total crap) in the first 7 minutes!
Oh well, at least Sindel was hot.

Alone in the Dark was the worst just because of how utterly mediocre and plain it was. It was just like every other cookie-cutter SyFy Channel movie, except it was supposed to be a blockbuster. Needless to say, I riffed it mercilessly when I saw it on TV.

I don't watch through movies I dislike, so I wouldn't be able to tell you if they're overall bad, or I just had no patience for the beginning.
Fun fact: I've never been to a movie at the cinema that was bad enough for me to want to leave!
