Favorite opening/closing themes?

#1

Post by Greenmarioman » Fri Nov 06, 2009 1:36 pm

For me, it would have to be Teardrop (from House) and the 30 Rock theme. It's so jazzy.

The Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon songs were cool. Sometimes, the cornier ones from lame cartoons are suprisingly good.

I'm a sucker for the Lucky Star OP and the Haruhi ED. Fluid animation in dancing is a big plus.

Opening theme from 'M*A*S*H' just about takes the cake as far as I'm concerned. They really nailed it.

SD's list is pretty comprehensive. Love that you included 'Blue.' One of my favorite songs ever, despite the fact I bawl every time I hear it.
everytime i see this sequence it makes me sad that i've never taken the time to watch cowboy bebop, and the fact that it's supposed to be like the best anime ever, but mainly the opening sequence
Agh, you should watch it for the opening alone!

Anyway: Cowboy Bebop, 30 Rock, TMNT, and, my personal fave and current ringtone, ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT!
