Epic Mickey Boner

So, for those of you who haven't already heard, Disney Interactive Studios is developing a game designed by Warren Spector (yes, the same Spector who created the Deus Ex games). The game appears to feature some kind of postapocalyptic steampunk setting, and has so far only been confirmed for the Wii. Little else is known about the game right now, but god damn it if it doesn't look... intriguing.

Destructoid - Spector's new 'Epic Mickey' game for Wii? There is art!
Warren Spector's 'Epic Mickey' Coming to Wii, New Artwork Revealed

Check out the concept art here. Holy crap.

Maybe Disney remembered how not to suck. Hard to believe, though, since they've been doing it for decades.

All this needs is a level where you destroy the current Disney "Stars".

Then it will truly be the perfect game.

Yes.

And I ****ing love the creepiness factor. Especially since this appears to be a world in which we ended up in actual nuclear war, and it was ****ing Mickey Mouse that did it. I mean, really, it's like the whole world was taken over by Walt Disney's reanimated head and everyone was destroyed in his unrelenting stride for dominance, with his gruesome minions Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers, whom he eventually eats to absorb their factory-produced power.

Or not. I dunno. I just kind of like that idea.

Who said I didn't like "the creepiness factor"? I certainly didn't, and I'm not going to start now. >:]

For now, I just want to know more before I go crazy for it...

Way to innovate, Disney.

Sounds groundbreaking.

I wonder how many sequels they'll make for this.
