I tried using the [video] tag, and it said that tag wasn't allowed.

... Really? Did you forget to close the tag (for some reason)?
If not, then try URL tags instead.

You have to take the last digits fromthe video url and wrap them in the tags.

6zQgKk3g7Uo

becomes

[video]6zQgKk3g7Uo[/video]
