But upon closer inspection, you see it's an early japanese cartoon. Did you know that the creators of this show got the graphics inspired from Hanna Barbera themselves? Bet you didn't know that they influenced a bit of japanese culture, if for a tiny bit.
At first glance it looks like a classic Hanna Barbera Cartoon.

Well the still pic is of the middle of the video, and you don't see text in that. I guess the statement doesn't work when I post it like this. Regardless, it is a cool find! Fluid Man, Coil Man, and Multi Man. Not very creative names but hey it was early.
EDIT: After learning the name, the show is clearly american made. Sad that I was wrong.
