Cool, this could be pretty good, I'm a Castlevania fan.
Could someone post an embedded trailer? The laptop I'm on has these "Safe Eyes" things.

I smell MST fodder, have we learned nothing over the past years its almost a given that movies baised on videogames suck hardcore.
Yeah I know i'm being bitter, petty, and any number of other terms but really I don't see much good coming out of this.

silent hill is the exception, why do I have to keep reminding people about this.
but be greatful that uwe boll isn't making the castlevania movie. also that trailer is for the canceled dreamcast title "Castlevania: resurrection"and I'm not sure if that's the final poster or not.

I'm sure that even if it's corny as hell, if they do it right, Hardcore Fans will eat it up.
Dracula: Step....INTO THE HELL HOUSE!
Simon: What Hell House?
Dracula: Shut up.
Audiance: OMG REFERENCE!

Hey atleast I was honestly admitting that I'm bitter about movie adaptations of videogames track record of being horrible. Need I remind anyone of the super Mario Bros, Street Fighter, or Mortal Kombat movies?
I'll give you that Silent Hill is better then t's Resident Evil counter part but it still had alot of visibe flaws, I tend to leave it alone as it atleast kept the right themes and tone though.
I love nothing more then mocking the ever locing hell out of a movie, heh tearing Disney's Beauty and the Beast a new one made my week the other day. so i'll probly rent it when it comes out on DVD for the sole purpus of brutal mocking.

More like a 0/0 chance of being good. That's right, it'll suck, but it also never had a chance of being good. Video game based movies won't be decent, so long as the people behind the cameras don't respect the material.
Oh, and also when they stop trying to adapt games that should NEVER
EVER be adapted. i.e. ****ing fighting games like Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter or Dead or Alive that have idiotic stories to begin with. The list goes on and on.
I'm not at all interested in a Halo movie, but I'm saddened to say that it was perhaps the only movie that had a real chance of being decent.
