Michael Clayton. Pretty good, but not sure how this got an Oscar nod over the Darjeeling Limited.

I saw this terrific WWII film for the first time yesterday--'Action in the North Atlantic'. It's about a Liberty ship (one of those lightly-armed cargo ships we used to resupply the British and Soviets) whose escort gets destroyed by the Nazis and has to make it to Murmansk alone, sneaking past U-boats and fighting off the Luftwaffe. Pretty much pure propaganda (released in 1943, after all), but for all that, it's some pretty damn fine filmmaking.

Ashes of Time. The DVD was piss-poor quality, without a doubt the worst DVD I've ever seen. The movie, however, was simply amazing.

I saw Se7en the same day and time as Val, it was creepy! It's a great thiller. I recommend it.
Also, my latest movie was Iron Man.
