Review: Jacka$$: The Movie (Reposted)

"Hi, I'm Johnny Knoxville, welcome to Jacka$$!"
Yes, many of us have heard these words at one time or another. Some of us would laugh, some of us would cringe.
Oh well, on with the movie: the opening involves the entire cast riding in a giant shopping cart while dust bombs explode in their faces. Soon, the cart crashes, and everyone flies into a fruit stand. Bad news: the scene looks too much like a movie and too little like Jacka$$. Good news: that's the only scene like it in the movie.
On with the stunts! I won't tell you every stunt, so I'll only list a few of them:
-Fat F*cks (Bam Margera, Matt Hoffman, and Tony Hawk dress themselves up so they look like big fat fools while they do skateboard and BMX tricks. A big improvement from the original Fat F*ck stunt from the show.
-Buzzcutter (Throughout the movie, a cameraman goes around and hits everyone in the back of the head with an electric razor. In the end, everyone gets a piece of their hair cut out.)
-Night Pandas (Weeman, Preston Lacy, Rake Yohn, and others dress up in panda costumes and mess around in Tokyo at night, much to the delight of the people watching.)
-Party Boy (Chris Pointius performs the "Party Boy" stunt at an electronics store in Tokyo, and ends up messing around with security.)
-Hardware store (Remember that Best Buy commercial where the guy's looking through the hardware store, he looks at the toilet, and a voice says, 'Like to try stuff out before you buy?' Well, that's what happens here.)
And there's a lot more where that came from.
If you get it on VHS, you get only the movie, but if you get it on DVD, you get lots of extras, including outtakes, a "Making of" clip, and stunts that didn't make it in, including an alternate ending to the movie. If you look through the DVD long enough, you may find Steve-o's Career Ender stunt, where he staples his scrotum to his leg. Ee-youch!
If you love Jacka$$, or if you're a teen, or both, this is the one movie you're going to want to buy, then watch over and over again. Even some of the anti-Jacka$$ people have to crack a smile at at least one of the stunts. Yes, the movie's that funny.
Overall: 9/10. Would be proclaimed Best Movie of 2002 by me, but it's far too short for the VCR viewers. Just an hour and 20 minutes? Not enough. At least the DVD people get extras. Yay.
Note: Some critics said to "expect them to take full advantage of the 'R' rating." What they really meant is "The worst thing you're going to see in the movie itself is Dave England's nuts."
