Well, as a matter of personal preference, I think Airi (from 'Those Who Hunt Elves') and Excel (from, natch, 'Excel Saga') are both pretty easy on the eyes. The Dirty Pair, too--the originals, I mean, none of that silly 'Flash' stuff. (This is all assuming, of course, that we're only using proper anime characters, and not anime-like characters from video games. Otherwise, Tron Bonne would obviously top my list.)
As for guys...probably Guts from 'Berserk', or Shanks from 'One Piece'. Coupla good-looking bastards, them.
