I've considered it (along with theology, English, German, journalism, law, vocal music, and roughly a billion other things). If I ever transfer into a college that offers film classes, I might try it out but I don't see me making film my major.

Cool. I like people who want to learn a little about everything. Shows great ambition and flexibility.

Also, up to 15/30:

Wordplay (Creadon, 2006), 1-2-14 – 10/10
Annie Hall (Allen, 1977), 1-13-14 – 586/10
Runaway Train (Konchalovsky, 1985), 1-23-14 – 6/10
Paul (Mottola, 2011), 1-24-14 – 6.5/10
Risky Business (Brickman, 1983), 2-15-14 – 8.5/10
The Bridge on the River Kwai (Lean, 1957), 2-22-14 – 10/10
Admission (Weitz, 2013), 2-24-14 – 5/10
The LEGO Movie (Lord and Miller, 2014), 3-2-14 – 11.5/10
Hitchcock (Gervaski, 2012), 3-4-14 – 7.5/10
Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid (Reiner, 1982), 3-16-14 – 8.5/10
Moonrise Kingdom (Anderson, 2012), 3-26-14 – 9.5/10
Revenge of the Nerds (Kanew, 1984), 3-29-14 – ?/10
To Rome with Love (Allen, 2012), 4-2-14 – 7.5/10
LA Story (Jackson, 1991), 4-16-14 – 9.5/10
Hyde Park on Hudson (Michell, 2012), 5-5-10 – 7/10

Beautiful photography, excellent performance from Bill Murray (never seen one of his movies I didn't like), but I'm not sure what the big, overall takeaway would be. Would it be wise to call it more of a slice-of-life historical drama?

Favorite film I've seen for the first time: Poetry
Favorite film from 2013 or 2014: Nobody's Daughter Haewon
Most disappointing movie: Stray Dogs

If it seems that I'm giving out a lot of A and A+ grades, it's because any film with a dash in front of it is a film I've seen before. And I like those films.

Up to 15/30:

Wordplay (Creadon, 2006), 1-2-14 – 10/10
Annie Hall (Allen, 1977), 1-13-14 – 586/10
Runaway Train (Konchalovsky, 1985), 1-23-14 – 6/10
Paul (Mottola, 2011), 1-24-14 – 6.5/10
Risky Business (Brickman, 1983), 2-15-14 – 8.5/10
The Bridge on the River Kwai (Lean, 1957), 2-22-14 – 10/10
Admission (Weitz, 2013), 2-24-14 – 5/10
The LEGO Movie (Lord and Miller, 2014), 3-2-14 – 11.5/10
Hitchcock (Gervaski, 2012), 3-4-14 – 7.5/10
Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid (Reiner, 1982), 3-16-14 – 8.5/10
Moonrise Kingdom (Anderson, 2012), 3-26-14 – 9.5/10
Revenge of the Nerds (Kanew, 1984), 3-29-14 – ?/10
To Rome with Love (Allen, 2012), 4-2-14 – 7.5/10
LA Story (Jackson, 1991), 4-16-14 – 9.5/10
Hyde Park on Hudson (Michell, 2012), 5-5-14 – 7/10
The Way, Way Back (Faxon and Rash, 2012), 5-10-14 – 9/10

Think of this one as like Meatballs with more focus on the young hero's psychology and Steve Carrell cast against type.

The Internship (Levy and Vaughn, 2013), 5-12-14 – 5.5/10

I doubt this film accurately portrays Google's daily working environment, but at least they tried the best they could to put a twist on the old Owen Wilson/Vince Vaughn buddy comedy formula.
