The difference is that an admin doesn't go over Val's work before he posts it on VGF, as I send HotD my works in advance before it gets posted here.
As much as I enjoy Val's stuff, I guess he doesn't realize some of it actually goes past the radar of admins who actually care about that sort of thing.
