I actually like Superhero Movie, it wasn't complete nonsense and just down-right stupid. It was actually very humorous. I'm actually looking forward to seeing Disaster Movie as well :D

Now, Epic Movie and Meet The Spartans on the other hand...
Good for you that you like Superhero Movie.....it has NOTHING to do with Disaster Movie (i.e. not made by the same people).

^ I dunno. It was just something about it...it might have been something of that matter. I hate jokes that are like that.

If you can look past them (kind of hard, but eh) the movie pulls it off.

I mean, honestly, what else could you do with a movie about men running around with underwear and a cape?

That's why you DON'T make a movie about guys running around in underwear and a cape.

OMG. @_@
I believe in second chances, and that's why I believe in you.

The people who made Superhero Movie have nothing to do with the scary movie people?

That's weird.

^Superhero Movie --> David "Airplane" Zucker.

Similarly, The Onion Movie --> THE ONION. (Who didn't know that, seriously?)

Epic/Date/Scary/Spartan/Teen/Disaster Movie --> Same 2 guys, but neither of the above.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Hm. Well, Superhero Movie didn't have the "Sex Jokes" Meet the Spartans had.

Could've fooled me.

Correction, David Zucker took over the Scary Movie franchise after the Wayans left.

Not Another Teen Movie, was done by the OTHER two guys that received a screenwriting credit on Scary Movie (and haven't been heard from since)

^Fixing what's already broke is far more difficult than just making your own not-broke thing. Therein lies the difference between Scary Movie 3 and Superhero Movie.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

^ Though technically, David Zucker dropped out of directing Superhero Movie and allowed his screenwriter to direct.

I think I know what else needs to stop. Animated movies about talking animals doing something. There's a new one every month and they are similar. Chimps go into space, next flies go into space etc.
The man who is blind, deaf, and silent lives in peace.

^ How many time do I have to say it?

Superhero Movie ≠ Disaster Movie

Superhero Movie - Written/Directed by Craig Mazin, Produced by David Zucker

Disaster Movie - Written/Directed/Produced by Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer

If any of you were brave or stupid enough to see Disaster Movie, post your thoughts here.
