TV Shows: Lost (several times), The Office (several "climactic" moments throughout the series), House (been a while ago, but Season 4 got me a couple of times), Doctor Who (only during Eccleston and Tennant's runs, but there were some very well written emotional moments in those)
Movies: Toy Story 2 and 3, Ikiru, Dear Zachary, The Lord of the Rings (including the Hobbit films, all out of a personal attachment to this entire film series), probably a ton more I'm not calling to mind immediately but I'm actually certain there are a **** LOT of these. I have a tendency to get emotional.
I was so hype for The Hobbit that I cried during the first 5 minutes, when Bilbo (as played by Ian Holm) began the narration at the beginning.
On the Doctor Who discussion, I actually really disliked 11's run because I do not like Moffat's writing and showrunning style. It's very stiff and forced to me. I thought Russel T.'s run had so many more human moments and the characters didn't feel nearly as two-dimensional. Both Eccleston and Tennant bring a gravity to the Doctor that was improved by the writing. So when 11 regenerated, I felt relief more than sadness. All down to personal preference, though.
^That moment got me, but now that I think about it that show's gotten me a few times. So good.

The only movie to make me cry was The Green Mile, but even that just kinda gave me watery eyes, not full-on tears. Avatar: The Last Airbender, on the other hand...
When Zuko and Iroh reunite in Sozin's Comet Part 2.
"I was never angry with you. I was sad, because I was afraid you'd lost your way."
That left me sobbing and dabbing my eyes with a towel for a good ten minutes.
