Y'all probably know dexter is my favorite all time show, and californication is a close second (not all time, but showtime), I'm watching it right now (currently on season 4) and the plot twists keep surprising me. "What is gonna **** up hanks life next" and it's never what I expect, and it is always great XD

I dunno probably Weeds. I didn't like what I saw of Dexter and apparently it gets absolutely terrible as it goes on. Homeland was really good and then got really bad.
and that's the waaaaaaaaaay the news goes

It most certainly does not get terrible as it goes on, it changes a LOT though, but in no way terrible, I do definitely see how people would not like the change, for season 7 & 8 it is definitely more of a comedy than anything else, but it's still really good. Season 6 to be fair was pretty bad (maybe it was season 5, whichever was the Armageddon one)

Give it up to trinity, that is one that is very much considered the best, if you don't like it after that season (I think 4) it's fine to write it off, but give it that much of a shot at least. each season is only 12 episodes so it won't take you very long at all to get there.

Season 1 of Dexter is one of my favorite seasons of any show.

I might give it another go. Right now there's so much more that interests me than what I saw from Dexter that it'd be on the way back burner but I might check it on my Christmas break or something
