I can't be the only one here who is a fan of the show. In case you don't know that MST3K is, it's about a guy named Joel who works as a janitor at a place called Gizmonic Institute. His bosses, Dr. Forrester and TV's Frank, decide to shoot him into space and use him as a guinea pig for Dr. Forrester's experiment: How many bad movies can one person watch before they go insane? Joel builds two robots, Crow T. Robot and Tom Servo, so he doesn't go insane from the loneliness. Joel, Crow, and Tom make fun of the bad movies they're forced to watch.

The show has such a simple premise, but it works beautifully.

MST3k is one of the best things that ever happened to television. This thread has made me want to watch reruns on youtube. Thanks!

I think Deathstalkers is a great episode, and really underrated. Hell, I think Season 7 as a whole is underrated.

I've seen Cinematic Titanic live 3 times, RiffTrax Live once, & I've practically memorized "Pod People" & "This Island Earth". :)

And remember, "I'm-a Rowsdower. Zap Rowsdower."

MST3k is great.

...think my favourite eps are 'Teenagers from Outer Space', 'Night of the Blood Beast', and, oh man, especially 'Space Mutiny'. Like who doesn't love 'Space Mutiny' already.

Not to encourage piracy or anything, but there's over 100 episodes on YouTube last I checked

Me and my friends used to watch this all of the time when it was on Netflix. There was much disappointment to be had after they took it down.

Red Zone Cuba' and 'Hercules and the Moon Men' might be my favorites so far.

Pff, there's a reason they put "Keep circulating the tapes" in the show's credits. ;)

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

A show like MST3K is hell to get rights for syndication, since every film was probably licensed individually. Piracy is the only way you'll ever see most of them, now.

Trace Beaulieu wrote a children's poetry book called "Silly Rhymes For Belligerent Children".

I could just see Dr. Forrester talking about this book during an invention exchange.
