Ash, as I said, is an eternal demon, who does not age very quickly.

Although he grows 3 years older to duel Gold in Pokemon Gold.

I could guess his age, or I could watch every Pokemon episode and calculate how many times the day turns to night, then divide that number by 365, the new number than has to be added to 10, and you will get his actual age since the first episode of Pokemon.
