Someone plz explain to me what the hell went on with this anime? I watched all the episodes on youtube, and I actually got upset when ep 7-10 did their own thing, without continuing the story of any of the other established characters, cept for Lil Slugger. And once we finally get back on track with the former Police Chief and detective, things just get extremely weird. Am I missing something about this anime?

You obviously weren't paying close enough attention.

If we had to explain it to you, it would ruin it for ALL of us.

You weren't paying any attention if you didn't see the story. ;)

As for PA, I strongly recommend re-watching the series. Things like that often need another time around for you to see all the clues and put them together properly. *shrug*

Sorry if that came off a bit mean spirited.

As much as I liked Paranoia Agent, the solution to the mystery at hand was a bit far-fetched. But I'm not exactly sure if I know what you're confused about.

The introduction and the credit scenes turned me off from this show due to how creepy they were. However, if you get into symbolic standards you will understand it more. Notice how at the end every single person is using a cell phone? The little cartoon doggy thing symbolizes Hello Kitty. Think of what Hello Kitty means in Tokyo's world. Do you understand the downfall of humanity?

Seriously, it makes you think you're about to watch something from the ABC afternoon special.

I REALLY LIKE POKEMON! wrote:Burn. Would this anime be recommended? I haven't seen much anime.
It gets really weird really fast, and episodes 8 to 10 don't seem to have much to do with the main plot of the story. I personally don't recommend it, but if you like watching things that will really make you think and interpret the events in your own way, go for it.
