...Is a SotC movie even possible? I hope they at least get somebody competent to write a script...
The script is being written by Justin Marks, who you may remember wrote Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li.

Anyway, this news pissed me off when I first heard it and it pisses me off now. They should have picked a more competent writer. Besides, SotC does not lend itself to movie adaptation; it has little dialogue, save for what Dormin says before and during fights, the Shaman, and some interspersed "AGRO"s. A bunch of fights with Colossi likely spread over a mere one hour and thirty minutes is going to make for a very, very ridiculous movie.

I'm going to hope for the best, if not simply because I don't want to see one of my favorite video games ruined.
