Looks: A very suspicious looking guy, almost always wearing a cloak. He has black eyes.
Personality: Quiet, almost never speaks.
Bio: As a kid, he was orphaned, and then later adopted by an abusive family, treating him like a slave. One day, he witnessed a murder. When the victim threatened him, he just smiled. Curious the man took him in, and taught him to kill. When he returned to his family they beat him more. After awhile he got fed up with it. Now he makes a living as an assassin, with his mentor/partner Shadow, willing to do anyone's dirty work for them. He doesn't mind pain and doesn't care if he lives or dies. He'll accept any job.

Spells
Shadow Slash: Deals damage to mp instead of hp. Str - Def + (Int - Fth). 10MP.
Night Shade: Turns the area around him to be completely dark making it impossible to see anything. Evading his attacks is impossible and it's nearly impossible to hit him (although he can see just fine) It lasts for 5 rounds. 10MP.
Shadow Walk: Moves at a speed too fast to detect. Usually used to move behind the opponent where they cannot avoid the blow. Can also be used to escape attacks from the enemy (works like four leaf clover if used like that basically) 5(move) or 1/5 MP(dodge).
Skills
Cleave: A very powerful slash of the katana (twice as strong as a normal attack) with a high chance of critical (on top of double damage) Leaves Shade open the following round (slight evasion loss). Damage x2. Critcal % +25%. Drops evd to 0%.
Slice: Deals high damage and causes bleeding (enemy loses health voer the next few rounds) Lower accuracy if enemy is wearing metal armor. (Str - Def) +10. Deals 5 damage per turn untill wound is healed.
Block: Forfeits attacking to make it almost impossible to hit Shade with a physical attack or skill/spell that's weapon based. Loses next turn, Phys Guard +70%.
Counterstrike: Gives a chance to counter attack whenever attacked physically. 20% chance to counter.
Feint: Feints, and then attacks with a hard to block second strike since the opponent would try to block the feint. Chance of success halves for three rounds after that. Deals normal damage. Guard/Evade -30%. 50% chance to work after 3 turns.
Follow through: Hit a closeby enemy if you finish off another one. Can be linked infinitely.
Blunt Strike: Strikes with the blunt end to knock out the opponent for a short time. Not quite as strong damage wise as a noraml attack. Has 50% chance to stun enemy(KOs enemy for 3 turns, cannot be cured with status heal effects/items. Deals 1/2 damage.

Wave: With a swing of Raiasunae, a wave of energy is released, hitting all enemies for heavy damage. Int - Fth +15. hits all enemies. 15MP. Requires Raiasunea
Sunblock: Casting this spell blocks out the sunlight, making it extremely dark and cold. Enemies have trouble seeing, and enemies weak against cold take heavy damage (only cold/ice weak enemies) Lasts 5 rounds. The second round, the moon appears making it easier to see, but still harder. Acc -90% first turn, -50 when moon comes out. 15MP.
Summon Raiasunae (spell) Summon's shadow's weapon, a huge katana. It's unbreakable, can't be disarmed, and it doubles Shadow's Strength. Stays the entire battle.Acc -5%. 10MP.
Moonlight Beam: Once the moonlight appears after sunblock is cast. Drawing energy from the moon, he creates a large beam which hits one enemies dealing extreme damage. Int - Fth +20. 10MP. Can be used from when moon comes out to untill sunblock ends.
Slaughter Wave: Hits all enemies with 6 waves in a row. (Int - Fth +15) x6. Hits all enemies. 80MP.
Moonlight Storm: Creates several beams to hit all enemies for extreme damage. Shoots 2-5 beams. dealing (Int-Fth) +5 per hit. hits all enemies. 15MP.
Shadow Blast: Deals heavy mp damage to all enemies. Deals Int - Fth +15 to MP. 10MP.
Shadow Chains: With a wave of Raiasunae, invisisble chains are released and wrapped around an enemy. Anyone wrapped with them can't move or do anything. An ally can attack the chains. But they have to deal 1/4 of Shadow's max hp to it. The chains dissappear in 5 rounds regardless. 20MP.
Spin Wave: Hits all enemies melee attackers then releases a wave hitting all enemies. Str - Def to those in melee, Int - Fth +15 to all. 30MP.
Dance of Death: Starts with spin wave, if anyone dies he follows through to another spinwave until everything is dead or no one dies from the spinwave. 30MP +15 per extra spinwave.
Skills:
Slaughter: Hits one enemy 6 times in a row, all with normal damage, or accuracy loss. If the enemy survives, it puts shadow off guard a little lowering his evasion. Acc -20%, Evd -25% if they survive.
Impale: Impales the enemy, dealing tripple damage and has a small chance of instant kill. Not as accurate as a normal strike. Normal Damage x3. 5% instant kill. Acc-25%.
Defend: Forfeiting attacks, he has an almost 100% chance to block any physical/weapon based skills/spells. He counters any attacks no matter if they hit or miss. Has Phys Guard +90%; counters attack.
Spin Slash: hits all melee attackers around Shadow. Lowers his evasion slightly the following round. Evd -15%.
Follow through: Hit a closeby enemy if you finish off another one. Can be linked infinitely.
Effect: While Shadow is present, Shade is a much more confident fighter, and fights with a high bonus to all stats(+50%), and recovers a little bit of health and mp(15%).
