Uber Quest

Zack Gedan and Thega Windwillow were walking through the Woods of Chaos. Don't ask me why they were walking when they have a starship. Zack was a 20-something with brown hair and eyes and a large axe on his back. Thega was a small halfling with a nasty-looking red blaster

"Ok the old man told us that the giant overlord was past this forest. If we slay him and bring his ring to the old man he'll give us that sword. After that we'll go to Garis and sell it. Then maybe we'll have enough to eat this month." says Zack.

"We'd still have some food if you didn't eat it all." says Thega.

"It's not my fault, I have a super-human metabolism!"

"Quiet, I hear something!"

Zack then heard it too. a cacophony that could only be caused by giants marching through the woods. Then he saw them, twelve hill giants each armed with a club.

"Ah crud." says Zack.

One of the giants sees the puny adventurers. "Tiny intruders! smash em' and bring em' to the pot!"

Zack takes out his axe and jumps at one of the giants. He swings the axe and hits the giant in the chest. It's injured but not down.Thega set her blaster for sniper mode and runs for cover. She shoots the giant to the right of the one that Zack hit. It yells in pain and rushes towards Thega, which of course was her plan. As the giant gets to were she should be he's met by an explosion that knocks him off his feet. He doesn't get up.

"Well, that's one down." says Zack as he dodges, slashes with his axe and fires electric blasts at the giant. However, it hits him with it's massive club and he's knocked down. Then five others go towards him as two more charge at Thega and three throw boulders at Thega. They're in trouble.

Ooc: This is pretty much a ruleless rp. It's a humorous take on epic quest games, movies, ect. that wil, take our brave adventurers from world-to-world to take down the main villian and his various minions from various video games, movies, ect. and original ones. But for now our objective is pretty much to beat these giants and stop them from smushing Zack and Thega. No need to post a character description or anything if you don't want to. They'res a description of Zack and Thega in the Gunjin Books of Warriors, but I think there a bit dated.

If they are in the BoW then shouldn't this be in the Gunjin?

Yeah but Gunjin also has RP topics and I think this RP board is different in some ways.

Well if a mod wants to put it over there, they can, but I'd rather it be here (not that anyone seems interested, though.).
