Mmmm centuar.
Strangely, the entire night passes uneventfully, and nobody gets attacked, eaten or mangled. The following morning, the party (now with gnome, dwarf and centaur) heads down the road towards the nearest city.
All of the sudden, the party can hear movement along side them in the brush. Further inspection reveals a pair of beady little yellow eyes looking outward, a strange hissing sound emerges from the forest, and the creature seems to zip along, ahead in the brush, and about 300ft ahead it darts across the road toward the otherside of the forest where there's cover A raccoon?
It is following the scurrying creature, comes a wild thrashing sound from the sides of the forest, many small lizard like creatures begin chasing after it -- Well, until they realize there's an adventuring party of far larger food standing on the road before them.
The 'leader' of this hunting party, turns looking at the gnome in particular. In a high pitched squeeky, yippy sort of of voice he screams, "Kiiiilllllemkillemkillem!!!!!!!!".
The gnome shudders, "Not these guys again. We've kicked their sorry behinds six times and they CONTINUE to trail us..."
The kobold hunting party steps (cautiously) forward onto the road, turning toward their new opponents. There are fifteen in total.
(Pre-combat preperation anyone?)
(...and furthermore, does anyone else always picture Kobolds speaking like the grunts from Halo?)

OOC: "You no take candle!!" That's what I think of whenever I hear Kobold. Though I quit WoW long ago though since my friends were obsessed with getting gear with guilds and didn't want to play with me.
Deslyon took out his axe and stood side-by-side in the front with the centaur. He grinned at the foes ahead of them.
"Heh... nothing will tear through this centaur, or I," he thought to himself.
He nodded at the centaur to indicate he was ready for anything this band of enemies was ready to throw at them.

(Um. DM will do the dice rolling cause I can't come up with a good way to do that-- goes faster, and I'm honest.)
(TheDarkness- I'm opting for target missle...just sounds cooler...lol)
(PM me your next TWO combat plans. Ie: I run in hacking/ I try to cast/ I examine the battle field...etc. I'll write everything up into a nice coherant summary that'll be all dramatic and spiffy. Mostly, because I can't think of a quick moving way to do some hack and slashing...) - Combat description will be done Friday night (25th)

Update: I'm so so sorry....I just had a TON of IRL bullplop come up in the last two days. >.< Please just bare with me again guys. There's a good chance I'm going to murder a neighbor, co-worker, landlord, parent, sibling, realitor or insurance company and I'm going to need a good place to bury a ton and a half of bodies....

Ack, no, doesn't need to be dead... I missed this when you reposted, damn the mists of obscurity, damn them all to New Jersey.
If you were able to live in Nebraskie, I know a house for sale, $200 per month per person plus utilities. There is a well paying factory nearby with a starting wage of over $10 per hour and incredible benefits. As for a car, i know a guy that knows a guy that has a car he really wants to get rid of before he ships out to the Middle East.
I'm sorry, my Technomancy doesn't reach as far North as where you live, but I'm working on it.
