Is there any difference between these two items?

I want to buy this set of RAM ( http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductde ... tem+Memory ) but I wanted to see if I could find it for a better price anywhere else. So when I searched for TwinX 2048-3200PT on Pricewatch.com I found this ( http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDe ... e=80097-41 ) for about $100 bucks less than Newegg. So do you all see any difference between the two aside from the price?
