Yup. I've visited Chicago several times & been to the lakefront there, & this summer I went to Saugatuck with my family & actually waded in the lake.

Milwaukee is right on the lake. I don't often go down to the shore, but I see the lake in the distance frequently.

Visited Chicago once. Spent two days there, but had food poisoning the second day, so I didn't go down to the lake, but I was staying close enough and enough stories up that I could see it alright.
