Milwaukee County Zoo lets its peafowl wander about the place uncaged when it's warm enough out. They have little fear of visitors----------naturally people steer a little clear of them, but it's cool to see a relatively large bird that close without it wanting to kill you. That yowl they do is distinctive, and piercing---------------you can hear them goons shrieking at each other halfway across the park.
Never seen an albino one, nor had a peacock feather. Think they sell the feathers at the zoo's gift shop, but we never got anything from the zoo when we were kids, and I'm not about to start.

We had a couple at the St. Louis Zoo for a few years who were allowed to rome around certain areas of the grounds kinda freely. They seemed to be totally ok with the human visitors.
Never seen an albino one.
I think there's a peacock feather in my parents' attic.
And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"
