I only even know what the first two are, so I guess crochet, it seems easier than knitting.

I don't know what knottology is.

I can see learning to knit. I could knit all the scarves a weird scarf-obsessed freak could ever hope for. Probably use some kind of fake yarn instead of genuine wool-----‐-wool makes me itch. Maybe I'd knit wool scarves for family members I don't like very much. Ahahahaa.

Probably crochet, since my wife could teach me. She likes to crochet.

I've learned to knit twice, & both times I got decent at it, & then I didn't do it for a long time & forgot how.
