Well, Jay did something cool a long time ago when he took useless, poor, neglected characters like Bugzy and Pidget, and created Bill and Fred. Why dont we take a neglected character from games people dont hear about and make our own names and personality for them? I have an idea for:
Name: Polka
Character: Pirahna Plant
First Appearence: Super Mario Brother
Gender: Female
Age: 20 in deformed plant years
Personality: Grouchy and annoying. Seems to insult everyone, but when she is insulted she cries like a baby. Never says anything nice, but deep down, she is mayonnise.....wait...shes a good person..plant..thing.

Looks: Wears a blue general uniform and his clowd has an evil smile instead of a happy smile.
First Appearence: SMB
Gender: Male
Age: 30
Personality: He's bossy, like a general.
Info: He is a multi-billionaire and leader of his very own army: The Cloudy Army. It all started when he wanted to be an NC. He had brains. He had money. He had it all. Except neglectedness. Jay told him that he must be blind, for NC HQ already had a genius: Dr. Donez. Jay had security kick Larry out, and Larry swore revenge. So, he hired millions of soldiers and thousands of weapons, vehicles, and hi-tech equipment. He has tried hundreds of vain efforts to blow up NC HQ. No one knows if he'll ever succeed.
Is Currently: In his mansion planning strategies to destroy NC HQ.

Personality: Nice and friendly, but ignores people who try to put him down. Smart, thoguh a bit forgetful at times. Can make absolutely no sense at times, and on purpose, too. Stands up for friend if picked on, but isn't the bravest of the bunch. And, um, he's good at video games. Oh yeah, and when he's mad, he's liable to explode (litterally!)

Gender: He's a stick figure.
Age: He doesn't remember. How long ago was 1985?
Personality: Always trying to be friendly. Although he will juggle you when he's angry, there isn't really much people who even care. He is so neglectected, even Jay forgot about him! And apart from his really REALLY old games, and appearances in *Spoiler* SSBM and*/Spoiler* Wario Land 4... He basically has been completely forgotten. How much more Neglected can you get?
