Super Smash Bros. Advance? Any ideas?

I'm thinking Nintendo should make this game. The idea would be the same as n64 and cube Smash (stock up damage, smash off the screen), but seeing as the GBA has less buttons, the gameplay would be largely different.

A=Jump
B=Normal attack
>B, ^B, vB: Strong attacks (One of these is a Smash attack. Depends on the character) (As another option, the Smashes could be >>B, ^^B or vvB)
L or R: Block
L+B or R+B: Grab
L or R + < or >: Roll
L or R + v: Dodge
^: Jump
< or >: Walk
<< or >>: Run (Think... buh, i dunno any games in which you run like that... Medievil? But nobody plays that... Cool game tho)
Areials... duh, same as SSBM

The main difference in gameplay is obviously the lack of special moves. In this respect, the ^B jump could be R+A while in midair... Come to think of it, the game's not so far from the Cube version...

But where would we put throwing?

And <>B, VB, ^B, and B are supposed to be SPecial Attacks, not smashes. A button can be hitting with normal and smashes. ^ would be jump.

I don't think there are many players willing to jump with ^. That's why I put A as the jump and no special attacks.

I thought of an idea for Super Smash Bros. Advane.
It would be just like the N64 version, except on advance. Here are the controls:

A: Attack (punches, kicks, etc)
A Hold: Smash attacks
B Up, down, normal: specials
Up alone: Jump
Up alone twice: double jump or inflat
down alone: duck
R: Grab
L: Shield

I don't think it's a very good idea. SSBM focuses mostly on multiplayer, and Game Boy is not the best system for multiplayer.

I agree. Also, I don't see how you'll be able to do Smash Hits with a D-Pad.

You'd get used to it. I think it should be done.
