Peach's side b move probably originates from Super Mario RPG. Same for the smash A move.
Running A for Kirby is from K64. Fox used his blaster in multiplayer in SF64. Bowser roared in SM64. I think fighter kirby has the rapidly tap A move.

I don't recall Peach having an explosive ass attack in SMRPG. Oh, and Peach's Up+B move is from SMRPG, I think.

I believe Marth and Roy's Counter is from Fire Emblem. I think the rest of their attacks are made up, though.

Samus' Up+B (Screw Attack) was in the original Metroid.
