Function: Play against people who aren't even in the room!
Trivia:
--Includes 3 modes...
----Competitive: No items, player rankings, limited stage selection (Jellyfish Fields, Rooftop Rumble, Sewers Slam, Irken Armada Invasion, Royal Woods Cemetery, Sweet Dreams, Tremorton Joyride).
----Quick Play: Randomly pairs you with whoever, anything can happen.
----Online Lobbies: Choose your opponents/rules.
--Harmonic Convergence was removed from Competitive in the same recent update that added Sewers Slam & Royal Woods (& removed the hazard from the latter).
--Crossplay between platforms was intended, & the developers keep saying they're working on it, but so far no dice.
--Mayonnaise is not an instrument.
The GameMill crew hinted when Rocko came out that there could still be future DLC for this game, but for the moment, thus endeth the lesson. I'll keep you updated if anything new happens! (I really do need to look into a PC controller so I can get MultiVersus.)
