interesting. i always felt like the opposite, i feel awkward reporting if i win, like i'm saying "yeah i wiped the floor with that nerd" and then i flex my muscles and crush a beer can on my head

I was just mad at Nintendo Online for deciding to ignore my repeated pleas to recover on one stock; that's why I was so terse. I was probably gonna lose anyway.

I took the series against MeowMan 3-0. He had the courage to do random character, though. I don't have that kind of breadth, but I went with a mix of my not-top-two characters that I'm functional with.

^ yeah against Capt I chose a different character I was comfortable with each round, but I went full random against ML against my better judgement. I got Alph for the third match; it wasn't pretty.
