Guys, I'm sorry, but I'll have to withdraw from the tournament. >: I just received orders to deploy within the next 2 months, so now I need to spend a lot of time preparing for it [I got training that needs to be done still, since I'm a newbie], plus the [almost] certain fact that the tourney's going to take more than 1 or 3 months to complete, I can't follow it. DAMMIT.

...unless I get Internet access at my deploy place, which is unlikely...

...or, I could enter and purposefully lose the first round, by which means I respectfully challenge Metal Man to a rematch. I like the guy, and since I can't fight Gale...

So now we need two more people to fill out a roster. I might be able to get another new guy in but I don't know how often he can get on. He's been looking for a reason to make an account anyways. I can ask him if we need people.

I might be able to participate in the tournament, after all-- my leave is not 100% guaranteed yet, so I will most likely be able to at least complete a round or two [or three ;D]. So please don't eliminate me until further notice. :)

Well, Repster brought to my attention that it was this time of the year again. I've taken a bit of time to think it over, seeing as I may be rusty as all hell, but, like Repster told me, "What bettered way to unrust then get it beaten out of you". (You know it's gotta be from him, typos and all.) So yeah, sign me up as a fighter.

3) Just because the guys you listed are good doesn't mean they have to be there to draw the 'fans'. We're not putting on some big box-office event here. The simple idea of a competition is a good one, and this roster is going to be an interesting one to be sure. I'm excited to see who will be champion this year.
